1 1/2 baby carrots or sliced carrots in circles
3 tsp brown sugar
1- 2 tsp butter/margarine, melted
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
couple shakes of salt
Directions:
STEAM carrots till crisp, tender, 5 - 8 min
MELT margarine in small mixing bowl
ADD brown sugar, vinegar, and salt
POUR over carrots and toss/stir until all carrots are coated
